HydraPak also operates as Bottle Bright®, the natural and effective cleaning tablet. Our branded hydration products are available at specialty sport stores worldwide.

IT & Systems Manager Mission:
The IT & Systems Manager ensures the reliability, scalability, and security of the company’s global technology environment. This role acts as the bridge between business operations and technical execution, enabling teams to work efficiently through well-managed enterprise systems, secure infrastructure, and responsive user support. The ideal candidate will balance hands-on execution with strategic oversight—optimizing systems, coordinating with vendors, and driving continuous improvement. As a key player in our growing organization, the IT & Systems Manager will help shape the digital backbone that supports operational excellence and innovation.
Primary and Additional Tasks and Responsibilities:
Enterprise Applications & Vendor Oversight
- Serve as the primary administrator for core business communication and productivity platforms, including Google Workspace, RingCentral, Zendesk, and Microsoft 365. include new employee user account set up as well as full support
- Oversee the support, administration, and continuous improvement of Acumatica, and other enterprise platforms.
- Serve as liaison between internal users and external consultants to build internal capabilities and reduce long-term vendor reliance.
- Manage system configurations, workflows, customizations, business events, and automations in Acumatica.
- Administer support across related applications including Shopify, ShipStation, RingCentral, and Zendesk.
- Monitor and support EDI processes, troubleshoot chargebacks, and onboard new trading partners.
User Support & Helpdesk Coordination
- Manage internal helpdesk support and coordinate with 3rd party SaaS providers.
- Maintain standardized support documentation and processes across departments.
- Serve as the escalation point for IT issues, including hardware setup, troubleshooting, and network support.
- Provide training and user support across applications and business units.
Infrastructure & Systems Management
- Manage infrastructure including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 directories, Apple Business Manager.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, security protocols, and backup systems.
- Maintain endpoint protection policies, manage asset inventory, and ensure device compliance.
- Manage organization’s domains - including domain registration and renewal, domain record management
Security & Compliance
- Enforce IT security policies such as MFA, device encryption, and data backups.
- Monitor compliance with internal standards and external regulations (e.g., PCI).
- Support audit, risk mitigation, and legal compliance efforts in collaboration with Finance.
- Security; endpoint management, password management.
Project & Change Management
- Lead system implementation and upgrade projects (e.g., cloud migration, workflow automation).
- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption and optimize cross-functional workflows.
- Support testing, training, and SOP documentation for all business applications.
Experience and Qualifications
Education & Training
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications (Preferred): Associate Google Workspace Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator
Experience
- 5+ years in IT or Systems Management in a global, fast-paced, distributed environment.
- Hands-on experience administering and supporting ERP systems (e.g., Acumatica, Oracle PBCS).
- Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and cloud-based tools.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, integrations, and business reporting tools.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL query building is a plus.
- Prior experience working with 3rd party IT providers and SaaS vendors.

Salary & Benefits:
This position is based in our Longmont, CO office Monday-Thursday with Fridays remote eligible. The typical work hours for this job are between 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday; work outside of this time frame may be required. Pay range for this position is $90,000-$110,000 annually with up to 10% bonus potential. HydraPak offers up to 120 hours of Paid Time Off in the first year of service, 11 paid holidays, a range of insurance benefits starting the first of the month following a 30-day waiting period, and a 401(k) plan with company match after 90 days.
