Senior Marketing Manager Mission:

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing HydraPak’s marketing strategy across multiple channels, strengthening brand positioning, and driving customer acquisition and engagement. This role requires a creative and analytical leader with experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, partnerships, and retail marketing within the outdoor, endurance sports, or consumer goods industries.

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:

Lead all brand marketing initiatives, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message across all channels.

Manage and develop a high-performing marketing team. This currently includes Marketing & Events Coordinator and Marketing & Social Media Specialist

Oversee events, sponsorships, and athlete programs to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Drive consumer engagement through storytelling, ambassador partnerships, and community-building initiatives.

Manage PR, media relations, and influencer marketing to amplify brand visibility.

Oversee Retail Marketing and Wholesale Brand Experience initiatives, including collaborating with sales teams to develop retail marketing programs that drive sell-through.

Provide sales support and oversee the development of sales materials to ensure alignment with brand messaging.

Lead sponsorship and partnership marketing, including HydraPak’s presence in endurance sports, outdoor events, and brand collaborations.

Develop and execute a comprehensive Event Strategy, ensuring HydraPak has a strong presence at key industry and consumer events.

Build and manage Partnership Marketing Strategy, including collaborations with OE (Original Equipment) partners.

Ensure high-quality copywriting for all marketing materials, including advertising, digital content, and product messaging.

Own and maintain the Marketing Calendar, ensuring cohesive planning and execution of all marketing initiatives.

Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.

Additional Tasks and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with peers within the marketing team, as well as cross-functionally

Participate in Monthly Company Manager Meeting and in Quarterly Planning

Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree required.

8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least three years in a leadership role

Prior marketing experience in the outdoor industry is preferred

Current driver’s license with a good driving record

Must be able to rent a car

Must be able to travel via commercial airplane both domestically and internationally

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficient with Google Business Suite, Microsoft Office, 365, and Drop Box

Ability to work autonomously, practice good judgement, effective decision making, and time management skills

Ability to work cross functionally and collaborate with sales, product development, and external partners

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly

Salary & Benefits:

This position is based in our Longmont, CO office. This position is in-office Monday-Thursday, with Fridays remote eligible after initial training is completed. The typical work hours for this job are between 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Pay range for this position is $95,000-$115,000 annually with up to 10% bonus potential. HydraPak offers up to 120 hours of Paid Time Off in the first year of service, 11 paid holidays, a range of insurance benefits starting the first of the month following a 30-day waiting period, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
