The Position:  Warehouse Specialist

The position will assist in all warehouse activities, with the primary duty of Lead Order Pick-&-Pack. Additional duties include preparing product to meet specific vendor guidelines (labels, polybag) and general upkeep of the warehouse. The position reports to the Labor Operations Manager and is a part of the Operations Team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Primary Duties:

  • Pick, pack, and process outbound orders accurately and efficiently for all brands 
  • Manage order fulfillment from receipt through shipment, including dealer orders and key accounts 
  • Generate and print shipping labels, Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, and other required documentation 
  • Coordinate and organize domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with shipping requirements 
  • Operate Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to schedule, track, and manage shipments 
  • Lead loading and unloading of containers and trucks, ensuring accuracy and safety 
  • Operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) and other warehouse equipment daily 
  • Restock inventory from overstock locations to primary warehouse picking areas

Inventory & Warehouse Management

  • Assist with inventory management, including replenishment from off-site warehouses 
  • Organize and maintain accurate inventory storage and labeling systems 
  • Support cycle counts and annual physical inventory processes 
  • Put away incoming inventory in an organized and efficient manner

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare shipment dimensions and verify shipping documentation accuracy 
  • Assist with special product preparation (e.g., labeling, poly bagging, or vendor-specific requirements) 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment 
  • Perform general warehouse upkeep, including waste removal, box breakdown, and sweeping 
  • Handle miscellaneous outbound and special shipments as needed

Experience and Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum two years related experience in a warehouse environment required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) strongly preferred 
  • Proficiency in shipping documentation (BOLs, labels, packing slips) 
  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain) required 
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items and work on your feet for extended periods 
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

Salary & Benefits:

This is a full-time, non-exempt position based in our Longmont, CO office. The typical work hours for this job are between 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Pay range for this position is $20.00-26.00 hourly. HydraPak offers up to 120 hours of Paid Time Off in the first year of service, 11 paid holidays, a range of insurance benefits starting the first of the month following a 30-day waiting period, and a 401(k) plan with company match after 90 days.
